Authentication Data: We utilize your device's native biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) to secure access to your account. We do not store your biometric data; this is handled entirely by the secure enclave on your device.
Maintenance & Asset Data: We process and store information regarding the equipment and assets you track, including maintenance logs, service history, and QR code identifiers within a dedicated database.
Financial Data: We process photos and data from receipts and invoices to assist in tracking maintenance expenses.
Location Data: We collect location data to facilitate job-site mapping and service-location tracking.
Usage Data: We may collect technical logs regarding work order status to help identify issues that may or may not materialize.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

To enable secure account access and maintain the integrity of your asset management system.
To process maintenance requests, track service schedules, and provide historical maintenance reporting.
To organize and analyze financial data related to equipment maintenance.
To manage job site mapping and facilitate efficient service routing.

3. Data Storage and Security

Cloud Infrastructure: Data processed by the App is stored securely within the Google Cloud environment managed by PEM Technology, LLC.
Offline Access: The App allows for offline data access. Information stored locally on your device is protected by the App’s authentication layers.
Security Measures: We employ industry-standard security protocols to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Google Cloud services to facilitate its functionality. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only as necessary to provide the services described (e.g., mapping or cloud storage services) or when required by law.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Access and Control: You can update or delete your maintenance records, assets, and associated media through the App’s interface.
Permissions: You may manage camera, location, and storage permissions at any time through your iOS device settings. Note that disabling these may limit the functionality of specific features like receipt scanning or job site mapping.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy.
